What services does ImagIT Recovery Services offer?

We provide quick ship of all necessary computing hardware (laptops, monitors, etc.) in the event of a disaster, which includes imaging and testing. Also, we provide alternate workspace locations utilizing our partner, Regus Workplace Recovery's, network of over 3,000 fully furnished and equipped office spaces in 120 countries. 

HOw Fast will we receive the backup hardware?

We have depots with our equipment all over the world, as well as, a network of technicians and engineers that allow us to deliver your recovery hardware same or next business day. We are able to guarantee a delivery time within 24 hours in most markets, however, our average delivery time currently is 2.6 hours. 

What about imaging and software?

As part of our Quick Ship IT Service, we will make sure that your PCs are shipped pre-imaged and software installed. Once an agreement is in place we will ship (1) laptop to a designated technician who will install your company's image. We will then collect the laptop for testing and store it in a secure location. In the event of disaster, the laptop(s) shipped to your designated location will have your image/build already installed, speeding up your recovery process. The image can be updated from time to time during your contract term, by the same above process.

What types of 'disasters' does an imagit Recovery services contract cover?

We don't define what a disaster is for our clients, we let them decide. We allow our clients to utilize our quick ship service for any event 

what is the cost for quick ship or workplace recovery?

We charge an annual reservation fee for all of our solutions, and the cost varies depending on your recovery hardware needs. Please click below to receive a quote.
